Facilitate collaboration

The quality of collaboration defines the long term success in your business or organization. And the way people collaborate, i.e. how they interact and communicate, has changed drastically in the last couple of years: it has become more digital and sometimes distant, across cultures and time zones, it has changed through working from home instead of having a chat by the coffee machine in the office.

The most successful teams are those who guarantee psychological stability, create a climate of trust and cultivate a growth mindset and tolerance for mistakes.

You can only feel trust, you cannot think trust.

Be a coach and sparring partner for individuals in leadership positions

Being in a role of leadership can feel very lonely in any organization. Can’t trust the colleagues completely, can’t really discuss difficult questions with the team. Yet, it is important to have a sparring partner with whom you can share challenges, prepare difficult decisions and navigate ambiguities. Only when you look after yourself will you be in a position to be a good leader, manage complexities and navigate uncertainty.

What’s your story? Have you found a good way to bring your messages across? And are you confident when speaking in front of large crowds? I will help you to polish the diamonds: identify the stories worth telling, and develop a storyline which resonates. And I can make you shine on stage with the right body language, intonation and presentation.

Conflict resolution

Difficult situations in the workplace, challenging colleagues, a project getting stuck, or a long smoldering personal dispute – conflicts are a normal phenomenon wherever people work together. If you do not address the emotional baggage, you will not make any progress. I can mediate and help to work out sustainable solutions, with teams or individuals in coachings, team workshops, organizational constellations or various other creative problem solving formats.

When the alarm bell of the emotional brain keeps signaling danger, no amount of insight will silence it.

Facilitate large groups of people

Sometimes it makes sense to get all the stakeholders together and work with large numbers of participants in future conferences, design thinking workshops, un-conferences, open spaces etc. I am experienced in a wide variety of formats and can organize and facilitate engaging and effective gatherings that will suit your needs.

Creativity needs to be trained if you want to successfully drive innovation in your business. The more engaging and fun, the better. I can help you through the creative process, with a wide repertoire of methods in a structured framework.
