After the holidays, my work has started slowly with a few coaching sessions and a very nice networking conversation about volunteering. My new website is online, and the new business cards have been delivered. I'm good to go. What lies ahead seems promising, and the conversation on volunteering gave me an idea, which I will share below...

One of my coachees went operational with his new business last December and finds himself going forward much faster than he anticipated. Which requires an iteration to work out the next steps. I'm very proud, because I was able to help him navigate the challenges of setting up his business last year. 

Another coachee, an extremely talented lady, will take over a new leadership position in March and is currently preparing her strategic approach with my support. 

I have launched a new format for strategic storytelling and am looking forward to applying it to a family business in transition. And I will coach amazing speakers which we will select for our TEDx event in Münster/Germany, my other home. 

I feel very fortunate with what I am able to do. So I thought I might dedicate some of my work to those that need it: My promise is to give away 3 coaching session for free.
